Organization

Our company is composed by 5 departments which work together but  which are fully  independent. In this way we offer a flexible service with excellent reaction time and we have the economical benefit of EDP** and ERP* centralized management.

ENGINEERING DEPT.                                                                                    We have three CAD stations with 3D modeller which are used to design metal and plastic articles, moulds and general equipment to complete the production. We are able to manage the largest CAD file in the market. Our twenty years experience coming from traditional processing first and movig on to CNC processing later, has allowed us to develop products and equipments with a great quality-price ratio.

MOULD MAKING  DEPT.                                                                             We are able to create moulds and equipments by ourselves, this means a reduction in time and in cost. In our Dept. we can handle CNC milling or high speed milling, wire cutting, EDM, grinding, turning, thermo treatments in protected atmosphere besides the necessary dimension inspection, we also have a vaste experience in the engineering and working of hot runner system.

BLANKING AND METAL DRAWING                                                           We produce articles from small to big series, we work different materials from steel sheets to aluminium, brass, copper, titanium sheets etc... we work wire gauze, pressed sheets, perforated sheets, shaped and perforated profiles. We have mechanical and hydraulic machines which work allowing a choice between either a progressive blanking sistem or a step-by step operation, this permits us the maximum flexibility in all sorts of series.

INJECTION MOULDING                                                                                We have a wide range of Injection Moulding machines as well as two extruders completing  the internal needs, we convert over 70 different kinds of thermoplastics belonging to different groups, such as polyurethane, PBT,PPS,PEEK,PES,PA6,PA66,PC,ABS,PE.PP, Thermoplastics rubber, Elastomers, Modified Thermoplastics, allowing electric conduction and thermo conduction, etc.

SECONDARY OPERATIONS                                                                         We are able to provide all the other necessary processing for the finishing of the product, such as  piercing or CNC machining after blanking, the MIG , TIG  or spot welding,  the deburring, and for the thermoplastics products in particular, we can also provide the pad printing and the conditioning. Furthermore, we offer a complete packaging service from the preparation of the product to final container, including, if necessary any labelling and/or instruction required.
